To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by July 1st, 2025. We recommend that you respond online under the 'RSVP' tab listed above. If we do not receive your RSVP by July 1st, we will unfortunately have to mark you as 'not attending'. This is because we have to provide the venue and caterers with a total guest count in a timely matter. We hope that you understand.
While we would love to share our joy with everyone, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate as indicated on your invitation/RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for understanding!
Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm. After 4:30pm, access to the venue will temporarily be blocked off to avoid disruption during the ceremony. Please consider arriving early to the ceremony to ensure that you don't miss our nuptials!
For attire, think semi-formal/cocktail, but hey, your nicest pair of jeans works too! Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held in the climate-controlled barn. Please keep in mind when considering footwear that the venue is a historic farm with uneven terrain including grass and gravel surfaces. We recommend that you wear/bring a pair of comfortable shoes for dancing the night away!
Yes! While you are welcome to select lodging of your choosing, we have a hotel block reserved at The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Martinsburg. We also have a list of recommended hotels/Airbnbs within 30 minutes of the venue. See our 'accommodation' tab for more info!
Due to venue capacity limitations, we only have reserved seats for those listed on the invitation/RSVP. Enjoy this adult date night on us!
Yes, there is ample parking space located to the left of the barn along your drive in to the property!
For our ceremony, we are asking for personal devices to be put away. We have a wonderful photographer who will capture the entire day and will be more than happy to share photos with you afterwards. At the reception, however, we encourage you to take photos and share them with us as you are able!
