Schedule

Your Weekend Trail Map This weekend is all about that special “Camp” vibe that forms whenever friends gather between mountains, on the water, and around the fire. We are honored to have you join us for our greatest adventure yet, and we want the days ahead to feel as much like your vacation as they are a celebration of our partnership. Think of this schedule as your trail map for the weekend: paths you can follow, detour from, or rejoin anytime as you explore Jackson at your own pace. May you wander well.

Camp Orientation

3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Casual

Welcome to the first night of camp! A casual meet-and-greet for early arrivals. Swing by one of Jackson’s favorite hangouts to ease into the weekend the way camp was meant to start: good company, cold beer, and good fun. Pick up your canteen, throw some bean bags, and swap stories with friends as people roll into town. There are no reservations; we’ll be rotating around the patio and bar. Stay for dinner if you want, or wander the Town Square and enjoy the evening. Food & Drink: Beers + bar snacks available for purchase.

Friday, September 4, 2026

Pedal and Pint

10:45 am - 2:00 pm

Attire: Athletic or casual—whatever you like to bike in.

A classic Camp Blackwell outing. We’ll follow the Grand Loop Path all meeting together in the Town Square. It is a scenic, bike-only route along the river, across the valley, and to the Tetons. Every level is welcome; it’s paved, flat, and a great way to start the day. Regular bikes or e-bikes available to rent for guests (see info and places in FAQ). We’ll end at the Stagecoach in Wilson, one of our favorite low-key spots for a cold drink in the sun. Food & Drink: Grab-and-go beers and snacks upon arrival; feel free to stay longer or continue on the path to Teton Village.

Wild West Welcome

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Jackson Hole History Museum
175 E Broadway Ave, Jackson, WY 83001

Cocktail Western Chic

Saddle up for a night in the Tetons as we celebrate in true Jackson style. Guests can explore the history of Jackson or wander upstairs for drinks and appetizers under the stars. There will be music, drinks, and dinner provided. Afterward, keep the adventure going however you choose: two-stepping, pool-sharking, or going belly-up at the Million Dollar Cowboy.

Saturday, September 5, 2026

Gondola Rally Up

3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Black Tie Attire

Meet at the gondola for a short, enclosed, and scenic ride up the mountain as the views open up around you. Please note, no guests will be allowed up after 4pm.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm

Black Tie

We’ll gather overlooking the Tetons for the ceremony, followed by cocktail hour on Aurora’s rooftop. Afterward, we’ll move inside for dinner as the sun drops behind the mountains.
