ABOUT THE RESORT:
Secrets/Dreams Bahia Mita is an all-inclusive resort located on the golden sands of Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta, MX. It is split into adults-only and family-friendly sides. Secrets is adults-only, Dreams is family-friendly. If you are 18+ staying on the Dreams side you technically do not have access to the same adult pools and restaurants. However, security is minimal and there are ways to make it work that we will communicate later. Secrets guests have full access to the Dreams side of the resort. There are no wrist bands. To gain access to the Secrets side you must provide a name and corresponding room number to the attendant. There are 11 restaurants total with no reservations required except for Teppenyaki. The rooftop pool is my travel agent's favorite! After much research, we believe this resort incorporates activities for younger ages, fun for young-adults, and a serene vacation for those looking for a relaxing long weekend.

ACCESS CODE: 1007 Room reservations are $150. Room reservation must be made by May 14! On May 14th, 50% of total room cost is due. Please see below for more information. Please note that if you are splitting the cost of the room with someone, one person will have to front the total cost and arrange to Venmo, Zelle, write a check, or do a bank transfer independently/privately. (Flights are booked on your own via whichever airline you prefer).

Other Ways To Book Your Trip!
Costco Travel offers Secrets Bahia Mita and Dreams Bahia Mita as one of their travel package options. You are more than welcome to use other booking services or your own travel agent to book. If you do not use our booking link, please let me know so I can tell the Wedding Coordinator to add your name to our wedding guest list! We would recommend comparing total prices (Costco includes flights and shuttle to and from the resort) and seeing the most economical option. The link included is for Secrets Bahia Mita. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PLAN
1st Deposit: To hold your room, a deposit of $150 USD is required. 2nd Deposit: 50% of the total room cost is due by May 14th, 2024. Final payment: Total balance is due by July 11th 2024.
CANCELATIONS
Deposits are refundable from time of booking to May 14th, 2024. From May 15th to July 11th 2024, any room cancellation results in a one-night stay penalty per room. Resorts charge fees for reducing number of nights or guests. From July 12th to travel date (October 4th), room cancellations are non-refundable.
Shuttle
Transportation is not included but can be added on the booking site for an additional cost. Roundtrip Group Nonstop Transportation = $156.50 USD per person. It is a private service (only members of the same Wedding group who are on the same flight will share this transport with you). Another option is Local Taxi or Uber which is a safe and easy option. From research online, you can expect anywhere from $30-$50 per trip. Download the Uber app and order a ride to your destination (Secrets Bahia Mita). I have attached a video with instructions on how to get to the Uber/local taxi pick up spot!

NAME CHANGES
Once reservations are paid in full, the resort charges $50 per person for name change requests.
PASSPORTS!
Required for everyone traveling (adults, children, and infants). Does the passport expire 6 months after your return date? If so, please renew it before your trip!
