We’re so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted there—otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for understanding!

As much as we love your little ones, we are keeping our celebration intimate. Our guest list has been thoughtfully chosen, and those invited—little or grown—will be named on your invitation. We so hope you understand and can enjoy a night of celebration and romance with us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal, dressing with intention is warmly encouraged—ballgowns and tuxedos are absolutely welcome, but not expected. We kindly ask guests to avoid jeans, tennis shoes, and overly casual outfits. A gentle note on color: Please do not wear white or white-adjacent tones, as those are reserved for the bride. We also ask that you avoid wearing head-to-toe red or pink, as those hues are part of our wedding party palette. That said, touches of red or pink in your accessories or prints are completely welcome—we just ask that they not be the main event. We know not everyone has a ballroom wardrobe on hand, and that’s okay. Dress in something that feels elevated and makes you feel wonderful—we can’t wait to see you!

Can I take photos during the Ceremony?

We kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony. This moment is deeply sacred to us, and we would love for your hearts (and hands) to be fully present. Please tuck your phones away and simply be with us—our photographer will be capturing every detail with care and intention. That said, once the ceremony ends, snap away! We’d love for you to take as many photos as you’d like during cocktail hour and the reception—and don’t forget to share them with us via our PhotoCircle gallery!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, weather permitting, will take place outdoors, surrounded by the natural beauty of Waldenwoods. The tranquil setting by the lake will be the perfect backdrop as we exchange our vows. Afterwards, our cocktail hour will be a lovely blend of indoors and outdoors, offering you the chance to mingle in the garden or by the cozy indoor spaces. The reception will be indoors, where we'll dance the night away and celebrate with you. We’re hopeful for perfect weather, but we'll have a backup plan just in case!

Yes, we are! You can find everything in the Registry tab on our wedding website. We’ve created a few cash funds through Zola to help us begin our forever, starting with our honeymoon and saving for our first home. You’ll also find items from our Amazon registry with a few thoughtfully chosen items to help us build our life together. What should I do if I am running late?

Answer

If you find yourself delayed on the day of the wedding, we kindly ask that you do not enter during the ceremony. To preserve the intimacy of that moment, we ask late arrivals to wait and join us at cocktail hour instead. We’ll be so happy to welcome you then.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! We’ll be serving a selection of beer and wine throughout the evening to keep spirits high and glasses full. Kindly note that outside alcohol is not permitted on the property—we thank you for respecting the venue’s policy.
