we're getting married

The universe tried its hardest to set us up way back in 2019. We both moved to Texas the exact same week, Jenny to start her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Avery to begin his Master’s in Sport Management. We were even scheduled to attend the same graduate school orientation. However, Jenny, true to form, bailed at the last minute. The stars were aligned, but Jenny was apparently busy. In a town as small as College Station, we likely crossed paths a dozen times, yet we remained total strangers for years. It wasn’t until 2022 that, over the course of four months, we matched on three separate occasions. It finally took a fourth match for us to realize that either we were soulmates or the algorithm was never going to leave us alone. Once we finally took the leap, life moved at 100mph. Less than a year after that first drink, we decided to pack up our lives and head to Maryland for Jenny’s internship. Now we're living like coastal retirees decades ahead of schedule. We’re so excited to celebrate our final, permanent "match" with all of you!
