Hi! I’m the bride’s sister, maid of honor, therapist, personal assistant, and parter-in-crime, Ashlyn. Watching Averie grow into the amazing woman she is has been one of the greatest blessings of my life, and watching her and Jake grow in their love has been nothing short of amazing. Jake has become such an important part of not only Averie’s life, but our families as well. From getting to know Jake in Spanish class to getting to know him as a Averie’s favorite person over the last 9 years has been so fun. I’m so excited to stand beside my big sister on her special day and officially welcome my new brother (in law) into the family!

Jake and I have been friends for as long as either of us can remember. Through the years, Jake has become more than a friend, he has become my brother. Through the years we have played sports together, went to school, played too many rounds of golf to count, and celebrated many milestones together. I've also had the privilege of being a friend of Averie's since middle school. Hey, my name's Cameron Paschal some of you may know me by camy_wammy. If I'm not golfing, I'm fishing and if I'm not doing either one of those it means I had to work lol. Jake and I go back like the seats in your grandads Cadillac and kept things smooth like cocoa butter. Couldn't ask for a better friend who I consider a brother. My name is Connor Underwood, I met Jake in middle school & we became good friends by discussing our mutual interest in sports. In 7th grade Jake was trying out for the golf team & it led me to go try out myself. Fast forward about a decade and a half & we're still getting out to the golf course whenever the sun is shining. Jake & I also work together, I was lucky enough to have him mentor me on the job when I first started. I was totally clueless, but going out on jobs with an old friend while still getting all the work experience definitely made it clear this is going to be my career. It's safe to say Jake has permanently changed my life for the better in many ways & I know for a fact I'm not alone in saying that. Jake is one of the greatest men anyone will have the pleasure to meet. Cheers to the future Mr. & Mrs. Scott!

Hi my name is Shaundrel Hairston often referred to as Shaun or Drel. I am a laid back and chill kind of guy, if I’m not working you can find me fishing or doing some kind of outside activities. I’ve known Jake for a very long time now (since elementary school to be exact). As we’ve gotten older over the years throughout high school to this present day, I’ve gotten to watch Jake grow of the years and I'm proud to not only call him a friend but a brother. Hey my names Tyler Lipford for those who don't know me, I've had the privilege of knowing Jake since we were in the 4th grade. We played a couple years of football and basketball together with his grandpa being our coach and we have been tight ever since. Whether it was playing golf or riding four wheelers and side by sides or just talking ball we have always been in the thick of it together. Over the years, I've also gotten to know Averie and I couldn’t ask for a better partner for my brother it’s also great to see her become close with my girlfriend and our baby. Watching the two of them build those relationships has made me appreciate the kind, caring person she is. It's been amazing to watch their relationship grow, and I'm grateful to have had a front row seat to this chapter of their lives.
