The Wedding Website of Aveen Karim and Francisco Martin-Rayo

Travel Note

Accommodations

We have reserved a block of rooms at the The Four Seasons Mexico, The JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco and The W Mexico City. Mexico City has no shortage of wonderful boutique hotels and rentals. Airbnb is a popular choice and a wonderful way to experience some of the charming neighborhoods of Mexico City. We recommend finding an apartment or house in the neighborhoods of Condesa, Roma Norte, Juarez (Zona Rosa) or Polanco. We do NOT recommend staying by the wedding venue.

Transportation to/from the wedding will be provided for guests who plan to stay at The Four Seasons, JW Marriott and The W. Shuttles will stage outside of each respective hotel at 4:45 pm with a prompt departure at 5:00 pm for the ceremony. Shuttles will leave every hour starting at 11 pm until 5 am to take guests who wish to leave back to these three hotels. *Note: The wedding reception lasts until 5 am (this is not a typo)

Flight

Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez

All major airlines operate routes to Mexico City. Uber is an extremely safe, convenient, and affordable option to get you from the airport to your hotel. The airport is about a 25 minute trip to the major accommodation locations (Condesa, Roma, Juarez or Polanco).

Travel Note

Passport and Visa Information

Most visitors do not require a visa and can enter Mexico for up to 180 days. These include visitors from the USA, Schengen Area, UK and Canada. Other countries may require a visa - please check to see if you require a visa.

Travel Note

Cab Information

Ubers are a great way to get around. We also love walking around the different neighborhoods to get a real feel for the city. If you prefer to take cabs, please refer to this website to make sure you are getting in an authorized taxi.

For all the days along the way
