What days will the bride and groom be traveling?
Answer
We will arrive in Cancun on June 24th and depart on June 30th.
Question
Are children allowed at the wedding?
Answer
We are allowing children to be at the wedding until 8PM and after that time, this will be an adult only event!

What is the supervised kid room?
Answer
The supervised kids room accepts children from 4-12 years old. The supervised kids room is through the resort with their employees/staff members providing supervision. Their hours are 9AM-7PM.
Question
Are there any additional costs if I do not stay on the resort, but plan on attending the wedding?
Answer
If you do not stay on the resort, you have to pay $80USD for every adult and $40USD for children 3-12 years old to attend the wedding. This is paid upon arrival to the resort. You are also allowed to arrive 1 hour prior and must immediately leave following the reception. Payment will be accepted at the front desk upon arrival.

Am I still able to visit the resort to hang out if I am not staying on the property?
Answer
Yes, a regular visitor's day pass (9AM-5PM) is $110USD for an adult and a regular visitor's night pass (5PM-1AM) is $120USD for an adult. Children (3-12 years old) are 50% off the aforementioned prices. Payment will be accepted at the front desk upon arrival.

What excursions are available?

You can book various excursions on viator.com, but the resort will have people during check in that can assist with booking excursions as well.

What are the current COVID procedures?
Answer
There are currently no COVID test requirements to enter Mexico or the US from Mexico. There are also no COVID test requirements for the resort.

What if I become COVID positive?
Answer
The CDC recommends you to be quarantined for 10 days. Therefore, if you test positive, you may need to miss the wedding.

Is our wedding on the beach?
Answer
No, our wedding is located on Gracie Ocean Terrace and shoe friendly! In order to reach the terrace, you will need to walk up/down stairs.

Will I see the bride and groom before the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, there will be an itinerary of meet and greet times before the day of the wedding.

How will dinner be served?
Answer
Dinner will be buffet style.
