Airports

Orlando Airport (MCO): There are frequent flights that fly direct from major airports into Orlando. Orlando is about an hour and a half drive from Vero Beach. **We highly suggest checking Southwest and Jetblue because they seem to have the best prices and times in and out of MCO, DCA, PIT, BWI, etc. Melbourne Airport (MLB): Melbourne is the closest to Vero Beach (45 mins approx) with less direct options but a great convenient option. Palm Beach Airport (PBI): Palm Beach is also a great option with many direct flights and approx 2 hr drive to Vero Beach.

Quail Valley River Club

We have 3 rooms available here, which is the same location where the reception will take place so this is a very convenient option. It is 2 mins from the church ceremony and 3 mins from the beach and right on the river. Text Amanda if you are interested in this option. 1-Bedroom Suites - $325/night 900 sq ft with queen sofa bed in living area, kitchenette, large restroom with dual vanity sinks and glass enclosed shower, private bedroom with king bed, lanai off bedroom on the marina water.

This Holiday Inn is right on the water, is walking distance to the church wedding ceremony and great shops and restaurants. We have a room block for the "Robbins/Vargo Wedding." The cancellation policy is 3 days with no penalty

Star Suites: An Extended Stay Hotel

This is a new hotel offering suites in downtown Vero Beach. It is not on "beachside" but very close driving distance to the beach and a great rate. We have a group block for $109 plus tax, per room, per night for Studio King Suites with a full kitchen, king bed and sleeper sofa in each suite, with a pool among other amenities. To reserve, call the hotel directly at 772-410-3700 and let them know you are with the Robbins Vargo Wedding. Our front desk associates will look up the group block and extend the special rate and finish making their reservation. Please make your reservations by March 18th to receive the special group rate.

This is a beautiful luxury hotel on the water almost right across the street from the church and close to shops and restaurants. Prices range from $310 a night for a non-refundable studio option to around $400 for a room overlooking the ocean.
