Our wedding will take place Saturday, September 5th, 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Elizabethan Gardens in Manteo, NC. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Our wedding will be in a garden setting. We kindly ask guests to follow a FORMAL dress code that’s polished yet comfortable for an outdoor cocktail-style reception. Ladies: Long dresses are preferred (ankle-length is ideal; slits are welcome!). Colors: Black or dark browns/greens are suggested to complement the natural surroundings. Footwear: The ceremony and reception are on a grassy lawn, so please wear lawn-friendly shoes like block heels, wedges, or flats.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 25 minutes prior to allow time to make your way to the Great Lawn of the gardens to be seated.
We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation join us. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will appear when you search your name in the RSVP section of this website.
We love your little ones! However we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only celebration with the exception of our Flower Girl, Ring Bearer and immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We've provided a list of lodging recommendations close to the venue under the “Travel - Stay” tab. Since it’s Labor Day weekend, we recommend booking your stay well in advance to ensure availability.
Yes! We kindly ask that our guests put their phones away during the ceremony so you can share this special moment with us through your own eyes. Feel free to plug back in during cocktail hour and the reception and share any photos you may take with us!
If it rains, our ceremony will be moved under our rented tent. We’ll be celebrating rain or shine and can’t wait to be with you either way.
Instead of a plated dinner, we’ll have a cocktail-style reception featuring passed appetizers and hearty food stations, including items like shrimp and grits cups, an oyster station, mac and cheese, tuna poke, and more. If you have a seafood allergy or prefer other options, please plan accordingly.
Our registry is linked on this site. Your presence is truly the greatest gift to us. As we already have a home together, we would be so grateful for contributions toward our honeymoon as we begin married life.
