Matron of Honor
As the bride’s sister and lifelong built-in best friend, Elle has been part of every chapter; from shared childhood friends to cheering on the Mountaineers together at WVU. Their lives have always moved in tandem, which is why the bride was honored to stand by her side as Maid of Honor on her own wedding day. Now, with Elle stepping into the role as a mother and wife, this moment feels even more special. Through every milestone, inside joke, and late-night talk, they’ve stayed each other’s constant. The bride couldn’t imagine her day without the person who has shaped so many of her happiest memories and continues to be a source of love, laughter, and lifelong sisterhood.
Bridesmaid
Olivia and the bride have truly been friends for a lifetime; long before either of them could walk or talk. Their moms were college roommates at WVU who became forever friends, and that bond naturally passed down to their daughters. From playdates as babies to middle school dances, their friendship has always felt more like family. When Olivia moved to Georgia before high school, the distance only strengthened their connection. The bride even took her very first solo flight just to visit her, marking the start of countless trips back and forth over the years. No matter where life has taken them, they’ve always found their way back to each other. Olivia has been a constant source of laughter, love, and unwavering support, and the bride couldn’t imagine this day without her lifelong friend standing by her side.
Bridesmaid
The bride met Gianna at her very first sorority formal, and from that moment, they were instant best friends. Throughout college, they became each other’s anchor: 2 am studying, navigating heartbreaks, and sharing countless late-night talks and unforgettable memories. As Alpha Phi sisters, their bond went beyond letters; they were true soulmates in friendship, supporting each other through every twist and turn of life. Their connection only grew stronger after college, when they became roommates. Living together brought them even closer, turning everyday moments into memories that would last a lifetime. Gianna has been there for every laugh, every tear, and every milestone—including the night the bride met her soon-to-be husband at Crockett's. Having Gianna standing by her side on her wedding day is more than just having a bridesmaid—it’s having a beautiful friend who has shared in every chapter of her story. The bride couldn’t imagine celebrating this day without her unwavering love, support, and friendship.
Best Man
Zane is the groom’s younger brother and shouldn’t be allowed to give a speech, but we’ll probably let him anyway. Naturally, the two grew up annoying each other like only brothers can, but that mostly went away as they got older. From getting to play a few baseball seasons together to living together in Zane’s house for a year or so as adults, they’ve racked up countless stories and been there for each other through everything, good and bad. Zane was even there the night the bride and groom met; the plan was to go to Crockett’s and play pool, which was quickly derailed when the groom saw Ava and forgot everything else. Zane was a good sport about it, thankfully, and they all ended up having a great time. The bride and groom couldn’t be happier to have him standing up there with them.
Groomsman
River grew up across the street from the groom and they’ve known each other since kindergarten. Throughout middle school and high school they played baseball together, were the two worst Science Bowl team members in history, played hundreds of Olympic Ping-Pong matches, and picked on the groom’s brother constantly. River is a part of the family in lot of ways, and has been a part of almost all of the groom’s stupidest ideas. That continued into college where the ideas only got dumber. Even though they live in different places now and are busier than ever, they never miss a beat when they do see each other and go right back to the same friendship they’ve always had.
Groomsman
The groom and Lucas met on the baseball field in middle school and haven’t been able to escape each other since. Lucas probably slept more nights in the Gallagher basement than in his own house over the summers in high school and became part of the family. They watched Anchorman and the Dark Knight about a thousand times (and can still quote most of both of them without much help), ate millions of calories of cheese and crackers, and generally made the groom’s little brother miserable. The two never run out of things to talk about, often to the annoyance of anyone they’re hanging out with. Despite going to different colleges and almost never living in the same place, they’ve stayed close, which is saying something given the groom’s tendency to not answer his phone.
