Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Up the Creek Farms in Melbourne, Florida. We can’t wait to celebrate with you under the beautiful oak trees!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The most convenient airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is about an hour from the recommended hotel. Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is also an option for some travelers.

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront! We have a room block reserved for our guests, and it’s the perfect home base for the wedding weekend. Our welcome party will be held at the hotel’s Ocean Deck, and the after party will be just a short walk away at Longboard Oceanfront Grille — making it easy to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the whole weekend with us!

WHAT IS THE WELCOME PARTY?

The welcome party will be hosted Friday evening on the oceanfront deck with cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres for those guests who have arrived.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have transportation available to help get guests to and from the wedding. More details will be shared as we get closer!

What Should I Wear

Answer

Think Florida elegance! Long dresses and suits are recommended, Ties are not required — just come looking your best and ready to celebrate! Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so keep the warm Florida weather in mind.

What Time Should I arrive

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving about 15-20 minutes early so you have plenty of time to park, grab a drink, and find your seat!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Children listed on your invitation are welcome to attend!

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, we will have an indoor backup plan. Reception will be indoors!

What should I expect from the Florida weather?

Answer

It’s Florida in late May, so expect sunshine and warm temperatures! Luckily, our ceremony will be under the shade of the oak trees at Up the Creek Farms.

WHAT FOOD OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE AND WILL THEY ACCOMMODATE MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
