Our venue, Havana Springs, is located just outside of Tallahassee, Florida, with a variety of nearby hotels, Airbnbs, restaurants, and activities for guests to enjoy throughout the weekend. Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm on Monday, December 21, 2026. Please make sure you are pulling into the venue at the latest by 3:45pm as they will shut the venue gates right at 4:00pm.
A large portion of our wedding celebration will take place outdoors, including the ceremony and dancing, while food and drinks will be served indoors. We recommend bringing a light jacket or layers because weather in North Florida can be unpredictable in December (chilly in the morning and evening, but warmer during the day.).
Cocktail Attire: Suits and floor length dresses are encouraged. Ladies: sparkles, reds, golds, and bright colors are especially welcome!
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we will have a professional photographer capturing those special moments. Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free to take and share as many photos as you'd like!
While we would absolutely love the opportunity to celebrate with and meet all of your loved ones, due to limited space, we kindly ask that only guests specifically listed on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding!
