When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 1st, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We must provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. Thank you!

What do I do if I need to change my RSVP?

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'not attending' so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a guest and/or children?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you! Due to venue limitations, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Semi formal attire is required for both events (welcome party and wedding day), however formal is requested. We ask that guests avoid wearing olive green or colors reserved for the bride- cream, ivory, or white. We look forward to seeing you in your best attire!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be inside! There is a large patio that will be open with heaters/fire pits for the duration of the event.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is lots of parking available in the lot and you are welcome to leave your car overnight (per the venue) if need be!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive no later then 5pm to ensure you are seated on time as the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!

What's on the menu?

Answer

We will have a catered hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be buffet style, with menu items that include beef chicken, and fish. We will accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
