Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-tie Optional: There aren’t a lot of occasions that allow us to dress up these days… so let’s get dressed up! We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We both have larger families and have a strict guest list to stay within our means. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If there are children listed on your invitation, they are invited. This is the case for very few and very close relatives. If children are not listed on your invitation, we welcome you to use our wedding as a date night and let your little friends have a fun sleepover with family or friends. You deserve a night out!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

This is going to be one heck of a celebration. After the reception there will be an after party at Fox and Hound (the bar located in the Desmond) from the end of the reception to 2 am. So take a nap. We’re gonna celebrate all night!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

If you're checking into the hotel, you can get into your room as early as 3 o'clock. Plan to arrive at the ceremony at 5:45 pm.
