For women - Wear saree, lehenga choli (skirt and top), an anarkali dress, or Kurta with palazo pants. Have fun choosing pieces that include vibrant colors, embellishments, and dupatta's. - Look for Saree's that are "pre-pleated and ready to wear" found in most descriptions online. For men - Wear Sherwani or Kurta set that include a wide range of colors.

Where to buy Indian clothes

- Have fun trying some items on at Indian clothing stores to get an idea of what style and color you prefer. - These items, for both male and female, can be bought online at Etsy, Amazon, Lashkara, Cbazaar, and Hatkay - Filter through prices, look at sale items, do some research to find what you like most.

What to expect for Hindu ceremony
