This is where we reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Make sure to use the code provided when booking. The hotel is located 5 minutes away from our venue. For parking options there is valet parking for $28 a day, two parking garages for $10 or $15 a day or free street parking. Please book by September 9th, 2021.

Flight
Kansas City International Airport is located about 30 min north of the venue. Be prepared to rent a car or take an Uber to the hotel.
Train
The train is another great way to travel to Kansas City! Union Station stop is a short 10 min car ride to the hotel and venue. If you are taking the train and would like a ride to the hotel please reach out to us to make arrangements!
