Cancun International Airport *We will not be booking any flights. You will be responsible for your own flights. Please click the Travel section for more information*

Yes, you will have the opportunity to book transportation with our travel agent. You will be provided with private round trip group transfers that will be coordinated for you!

Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. If you do not have one please ensure you acquire it at least 6 months prior to your travel date.

Yes, the wedding ceremony will be on the beach of the resort. The reception will be in the resort ballroom (indoors).

Yes, we require beach formal. Kindly choose colors in the champagne/gold and teal family.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout welcome party, cocktail hour and the reception.

Yes, please let us know and we will work with the resort to assure your special request is met.

For the wedding: We'll be providing hand fans to combat the heat during our outdoor ceremony. For the resort: It is an all-inclusive resort, but we do encourage you to bring cash for tips in USD.

Please speak to the guests of honor in regard to bringing a plus one. (This includes kids and adults so that they may be added into the guest count)
