We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Courtyard Marriott in Springfield. You can book your room using our special link to receive a discounted rate. Just make sure to book by June 12th, 2025, to secure the discount.
Under the registry section at the top of our website, you can find all of our registries. There are a few cash funds for our first home, honeymoon, and first puppy. Yes, we’ve arranged for a limo bus service to transport guests who are staying at the hotel. The bus will take you from the Courtyard Marriott to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Enjoy a comfortable ride and leave the driving to us!
Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. If you’re using the hotel transportation, please be out front of the hotel about 10 minutes before the transportation time, depending on which ride you’re taking. If you’re driving yourself, we recommend arriving no later than 3:45 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to park and find your seat.
We wish we could include everyone, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are specifically noted on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you can use this as an opportunity to enjoy a night out, and we appreciate your understanding! Additionally, please note that our transportation service requires all guests to be 21 or older.

For guests not staying at the hotel, there is parking available on-site at the venue.
To ensure we can accommodate all guests and meet our vendors' requirements, it’s important that we receive RSVPs by the deadline. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate guests who do not RSVP on time.
Feel free to sit on either side during the ceremony. We kindly ask that you fill in towards the center to help with photos. Your cooperation will help create a beautiful setting for the ceremony!
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be on the same property. Our ceremony will take place in the Glass House, and afterward, we’ll walk right next door to the main reception hall. Cocktail hour will be held outside, followed by dinner and dancing inside.
We’re aiming for a look that’s polished but not overly formal. Think formal or cocktail attire—definitely dressy, but no need to go black tie.
We’ve hired professional photographers to capture all the special moments of our day, and we’d love for our guests to fully enjoy and be present in the celebration. For this reason, we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and reception. We can’t wait to share the professional photos with you after the wedding!
