If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We kindly ask that only the named invitees attend.
Yes! We adore your children. If they are listed on your invitation, or if your whole family is addressed, they are included in our accommodations. We’ll have a kids’ table with activities, so please be sure to include them in your RSVP.
Yes! We kindly request all guests dress in semi-formal attire with a Western or cowboy flair. Think semi-formal with boots and a cowboy hat...if you have one (classic semi-formal is also perfectly fine). For inspiration: Women: Semi-formal dresses or gowns—think Lainey Wilson–inspired country-chic with boots Men: Jeans or dress pants with a button-down shirt, vest, or blazer—think Johnny Cash–sharp Western style. Please avoid: white (reserved for the bride), overly casual attire, ball caps, and t-shirts. Help us create an elegant, cohesive look.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that our professional photographer can capture every moment. You’re welcome to take photos at the reception!
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to find parking, get settled, and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 2:00pm
The event will be held indoors with central HVAC for your comfort. The venue is handicap accessible, with ramps and an accessible restroom.
No, this will be a dry wedding—no alcohol will be served.
Yes! A casual BBQ buffet with baked potatoes, cake, and beverages will be served following the ceremony and photos.
