When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We're requesting people RSVP by May 22nd to give us time to get a final head count.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is set to start at 3:30pm (which will most likely be 4:00 "Rachael time") so prepare to arrive before 3:30 and there will be some light refreshments while guests get settled in.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking lot for guests to park.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If "and guest" was indicated on your invitation then, yes! If you have any questions or we may have forgotten a special someone please reach out to Rachael or Autumn.

Are my kids invited too?
Answer
Yes, we've labeled most invitations to households and the environment will be kid friendly including lawn games, photo booth props and nonalcoholic refreshments. If you have any questions reach out to Rachael or Autumn.

What kind of food will be at the reception?
Answer
There will be a buffet style assortment of vegan foods including falafel, bean dips, veggies, crispy chickpeas, fresh bread and more then later in the evening some late night snack options.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please reach out to Rachael or Autumn as soon as you can if there are any allergies we should be aware of and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Are you registered?
Answer
We don't have a registry of gifts as we have plenty of things. The best present for us would be your presence! We don't want anyone to feel the need to get us anything, but if you'd like we would accept funds toward our honeymoon.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We're going with a cocktail dress code meaning nice dresses, fancy jumpsuits and dress shirts and slacks. Don't let clothes be a hinderance, though. We want you comfy and dance ready!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There are a few hotels and motels in the area as well as some campsites and Air B&Bs around. You can take a look on the Travel section to find links to some nearby lodging.

Can I bring Alcohol?
Answer
Please refrain from bringing any liquor. Our event insurance does not cover liquor and it will be removed by the hosts. If you have a special beer, wine or premixed sealed drink you can't live without you may bring that, however we will be providing plenty of beverages including wine, beer, seltzers and nonalcoholic drinks.
