Saturday's Ceremony & Celebration Details:

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so we encourage you to arrive a little early to grab a drink and find your seat before we get started. We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony—we’ve hired an awesome photographer to capture all the special moments for us! Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors in a beautiful meadow. Afterwards, we’ll head into a clear, heated tent for the reception—where we hope everyone will stay cozy while enjoying the forest views. If the skies are clear, we might even get a little stargazing in after dark! After dinner, we’ll kick off the fun with dancing and games—something for everyone, whether you're hitting the dance floor or enjoying the action from the sidelines. Kids and adults alike are welcome to join in! We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

For dinner, we’re serving up a hearty and delicious spread: barbecue, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, baked beans, veggies, cornbread, and rolls. We’ll also have an open bar with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to keep the good times flowing. And don’t forget to save room for dessert! We'll have plenty of options. Come hungry!

Parking & Arrival Info

No need to worry about parking—there will be plenty available on the property! The ceremony and reception won’t be held at the main house, but rather in the meadow just off the main road. When you arrive, keep an eye out for signage or someone directing traffic to guide you to the right spot.
