Wedding Party

Peyton Roll

Best Man

Hunter and Peyton’s story began in third grade at Richland Elementary. Peyton had just transferred in. Hunter glanced over at him and, in true kid fashion, blurted out, “What are you looking at, four eyes?” Without missing a beat, Peyton replied, “I’m new here!” Hunter grinned and declared, “Well, you don’t know it yet, but we’re going to be best friends.” From then on, the two were inseparable. Life, of course, has a way of testing friendships. Different colleges, miles of distance, and busy schedules could have pulled them apart. But no matter how far apart they lived, Hunter and Peyton never let go of the bond they built as kids. The phone calls, the road trips, the visits all of it kept them tied together. Now, years later, they stand not just as best friends, but as brothers. The kind of brothers who know each other’s strengths, weaknesses, and ridiculous inside jokes. The kind of brothers who can go months, and even years without seeing each other and pick up right where they left off. What started with a third grade declaration has grown into a lifelong bond, one built on loyalty, laughter, and a promise that neither of them ever had to say out loud: no matter what, they’d always have each other’s back.

Kengy Colindres

Maid of Honor

Autumn and Kengy’s story started back in 2003, during their freshman year of college. It was late one night in the lab when Autumn decided she was going to make a new best friend (similar beginning to her Fiancé) and poor Kengy didn’t have much of a choice in the matter. Autumn stated simply, “You’re stuck with me,” and from that night on, she was right. What began as late night studying quickly turned into late night laughing, and before long, they were inseparable. Over the last 23 years, they’ve seen each other through every high and low, celebrating the biggest accomplishments, carrying each other through the hardest challenges, and finding humor even in the messiest of moments. Their bond is the kind that doesn’t need words. They’ve collected a lifetime’s worth of inside jokes (most of which no one else would understand), shared their most intimate secrets, and know each other’s quirks better than anyone. Somewhere along the way, they stopped being “just friends” and became something closer to sisters. If you ask them, they’ll tell you the truth, they declared themselves soulmates a long time ago. For more than two decades of loyalty, laughter, and love, it’s safe to say they were right.
