For those who will be traveling from out of town, we suggest the Hampton Inn & Suites in Waxahachie. It is located about 10 minutes from the venue. We have set up a hotel block which provides a 10% discount for those who would like to join us; however, feel free to stay at one of the many surrounding area hotels (Fairfield by Marriott Inn, Holiday Inn, etc). Airport Information
Depending on your preferred airline, either DFW or Dallas-Love Field are great options for those flying in! Dallas-Love Field is closer to Dallas and Waxahachie; however, DFW is larger and may have more flight options, but is about 10 miles farther from Waxahachie. Both have extensive car rental options if needed.
