After 2 1/2 years of chatting on a dating website with NO interest, Dan and I happened to be going to the same event and met in person finally, and that changed everything.... We knew, that day, immediately, that we wanted to be together and it didn't take long to love each other. We moved in together very quickly and have been happy ever since, adopting animals, sharing laughs, battling each other when we are hangry.... And kicking each others butts on many game nights. We bring out the best in each other, that is for sure.

So although I knew it was happening, and although I picked out the ring, it was all still very special and exciting and surprising. I am so blessed that we have chosen this life together!
