When we first met

1/13/18

We were both having a good time with our mutal friends and started flirting. We were both really nervous/shy, but I(Autumn) iniated our first interacion by holding his(Chayce) hand. Im also pretty sure that I initiated our first kiss too.

When he asked me to be his girlfriend

5/15/18

We had been hanging out and doing everthing together since we first met in January and were pretty much already dating, but chayce made it offical this day. We were holding hands and kind’ve cuddling on his couch watching Tv and he turned to me and said he shouldve asked sooner and was shy/nervous, but would I be his girlfriend. And I, ofcourse, was super excited and immediatly said yes❤️

Finding out we were pregnant

11/25/18

Everyday I had been feeling really sick and tired. I could barely eat anything. So I texted my mom(Cristy) and asked her if she had any idea what could be wrong with me. She immediatly resorted to telling me to take a pregnancy test. So I told Chayce what she said and he went and bought me 2 pregnancy tests and I took them. We waited on my bed together for the results. We were both so nervous. When we got the results we were so shocked because we couldnt actually tell what the results were. So we bought more tests. I ended up taking 6 pregnancy tests and we even went to Rockwood clinic and had them confirm the pregnancy. But when we were there, no one actaully said “you’re pregnant”! All they said was to start taking prenatal vitamins. We were never actaully convinced untill our first doctors appointment when we heard our sweet baby girls heartbeat❤️

Gemma’s Birth

7/31/19

We went into Sacred Heart Hospital on 7/29/19 at 7pm so I could get induced. They gave me a pill to start getting my body ready to start labor and after 6 hours nothing was happening so they started me on pitosin and increased it slightly every couple of hours. The next day I still wasnt progressing so my Midwife recomended the balloon option to open my cervix and I had those in for about 12 hours! When they came back in to check me I was dialated to a 7! This was on 7/30/19 at about 6pm! The next couple of hours were pretty easy. I hadnt had any real contractions up until this point and they were starting to get stronger and stronger by the hour. We tried taking a walk to get my mind off of it, I even took a long bath and my sweet chayce was right there with me heloing me the while time! But my comtractions were starting to be a little too much so I asked my nurse about pain managment options and she recomended Fentanyl (because I was pretty afraid of getting an epidural). Once I got this my pain went away almost immediatly and I felt drunk! But this only worked for about 2 hours. I got the Fentanyl about 3 times! But by 4am my contractions were so painful that I asked for an epidural. My contractions hurt 10x worse than the epidural and once I got it all my pain went away. I was finally able to get some sleep. Around 6ish am my water broke! And by 7ish am I was pushing! I pushed for about 20 minutes and our sweet baby girl finally arrived at 7:33am on 7/31/19❤️

The proposal

10/12/19

Chayce and I had been talking about getting married for a little while. And I even got to pick out my ring😉 But on this day we went out to Green Bluff with my best friends Autumn and Brook. We got a lot of cute family pictures. We were about to leave when Brook pointed our this little white archway with a beautiful little scenery around it. We were getting more pictures with our little Gemma and Chayce asked for her. So I handed her over to him we got a few pictures with him holding her and then he turned towards me, got down on one knee and pulled out the ring box. He opened the box and put the box in Gemmas hand, looked at me and said “Will you marry me?” I was so happy. He made it so perfect. The whole time this was happening Autumn was snapping pictures and crying, Brook was crying, and people around were all saying “oh my gosh” “that is soo cute”! This was one of our happiest days and Chayce new exactly how to make it perfect!
