Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before October 4. Please feel free to mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or RSVP on our wedding website.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors

Answer

The ceremony will take place in an outdoor garden. The grass might be soft, so be cautious if wearing heels or stilettos. The reception is indoors.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional. Tuxes and gowns, suits, and cocktail dresses are welcome.

Can I bring a date? Are kids welcomed?

Answer

For our wedding, the guest list will be limited to those specifically invited, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share this special day with you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available at the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us start the party as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive half an hour before the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel, ceremony, and reception?

Answer

A shuttle will transport guests to and from the wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island Marina and Hyatt Place. Pickup times are on the schedule printout in your hotel rooms.

Answer

When RSVPing, please add any food allergies or requests.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?

Answer

Yes! We recommend visiting our wedding website's ‘Things to Do’ page, where we’ve compiled a list of local spots and things to do in the Annapolis area, including coffee shops, museums, and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.”
