The city of Escondido is located about 25 minutes inland from the beach and 40 minutes north of downtown San Diego.

- This is one of our favorite spots! Reservations recommended - if there’s a long wait, we like to grab a drink from the bar, take it with us, and walk around the outdoor garden area!

Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Escondido

- Orfila is another great winery in Escondido that Brandon and I would love to go to on the weekends! Sit back, drink some wine, and enjoy some amazing views!

- Plenty of shops and restaurants to walk around and visit 
- Some of our favorite eats in this area: 264 Fresco, Campfire, Pizza Port, Norte
- You can also enjoy a nice walk along the sea wall trail for beautiful beach views
