Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th! Use the "RSVP" tab of the site to RSVP to all events, as well as indicate your meal preference and any dietary restrictions

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrival time for the ceremony is at 4:30 PM.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The address of the venue is 1 Celebration Way in Castleton on Hudson. As you get close to the venue you’ll see blue signage that says “Birch Hill Catering” to direct you. Once inside the lot, follow the white road lines up a small hill until you reach a building with a glass atrium (this is where the ceremony will be). Park nearby and walk through the arch/large wooden door to get inside.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony, as well as back to the hotel in the evening. Please visit the site as the date gets closer for shuttle times.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a room block at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Castleton-on-Hudson. Visit the “Travel” page for more info. There are also other hotels in the East Greenbush or Albany area.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire - ballroom elegance with outdoor charm. Make sure to wear shoes that are good for dancing!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have chosen to make it an adults only celebration. We hope you’ll take this as a chance for a special date night!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be events on Friday 8/28 and Sunday 8/30 generously hosted by Mr. George and Mrs. Meryl Brown. Please visit the "Schedule" page of this site to see when and where those events (such as the welcome dinner, after party, and farewell brunch) are occurring
