When should I RSVP by?

As we anticipate celebrating with you, we ask that all guests RSVP no later than Monday, September 1st, 2025.

Answer

We are excited to start our lives together, and we are thankful for our loved ones. As we enter our marriage, we realize that we have enough belongings. Therefore, we have decided to plan the honeymoon of our dreams. Our wedding registry includes a honeymoon fund along with personalized experiences — such as excursions, meals, and spa days — that can be given as wedding gifts. We are excited to share our special day with you, and we also look forward to providing glimpses into our honeymoon when we return. Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal or Black Tie attire is requested. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. Preferably an elegant evening floor length gown or midi-length dress would be most appropriate.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation you are more than welcome to have them join. Happily looking forward to seeing you and your plus-one on October 24th, 2025!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this event will mainly be for adults; unless your invitation specifies your family name (ex. Weaver family).

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be hosted outdoors, not far off from the cocktail and reception spaces. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony close by with shaded areas. The reception will take place indoors with easy access to Virginia's beautiful fall breeze.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, parking for all guests will be adjacent to the ceremony, cocktail, and reception spaces. All vehicles must vacate the property by 11:00 PM.

What's the best airport to fly into?

Answer

Lynchburg Regional Airport (LYH) is the best airport to fly into and is easily accessible to nearby hotels and restaurants.

What is the weather & climate like in the area?

Answer

Overall, late October in Lynchburg offers classic fall weather with cool days, chilly nights, and beautiful fall colors. In the evenings, you’ll likely need a jacket or layers to stay comfortable.

Where should we bring or send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 34 Patrick Ct, Madison Heights, VA 24572. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
