Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We have reserved a room block under the name "Bartolomeo Wedding" at the DoubleTree Hilton hotel in Hattiesburg, MS. Link to book: https://group.doubletree.com/nbba2q If you would like to stay elsewhere, we recommend staying in the Midtown and West Hattiesburg areas, where you’ll find several comfortable and convenient hotel options. There are also lovely Airbnb and bed-and-breakfast options nearby. We encourage booking early, as March is a popular time of year in Hattiesburg.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Parking will be available at the venue, with additional nearby options for both the ceremony and reception.

Can I bring a date?

We’re happy to offer a plus-one for guests who are attending solo. If this applies to you, please include your guest’s name when you RSVP so we can prepare a place for them.

Yes! Children are warmly welcomed. We’ll have coloring pages and special activities available for them.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, of course! We kindly ask that you let us know about any allergies as soon as possible. We’ll do our very best to ensure there is a safe and delicious option available for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, so we encourage guests to plan ahead. Rideshare options are available in the area for a safe and easy trip, especially if you plan to enjoy a drink or two with us. If you need help arranging a ride, please let us know and we’ll do our best to assist.
