Rehearsal Dinner
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This event has no dress code, Just wear whatever you plan to wear that day!
It probably will not last until 8 o'clock, we just have to have everything cleaned up and be out by 8. It will only be the wedding party and the close family. We will be doing the rehearsal and going ahead and setting up everything.

Getting to the venue
10:00 am - 11:00 am
Bride/maid of honors/the moms will get there between 10-11 am to start getting everything ready.
Day of decorations
11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Bridesmaids arriving
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm
Bridesmaids will be arriving now and start getting ready
Groom/groomsmen arriving
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
We will need the groomsmen to show up to start getting ready!!
Lunch
1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
We will have food for all of the wedding party during this time!
Getting ready
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Everyone in the wedding party will now start to get ready for the big day!!
Photos of the wedding party
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
the photographer will be taking pictures of the wedding party.
Guests arriving at the venue
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We ask that the guests be at the venue no later then 4:45pm as the ceremony is starting at 5:00pm!
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm

Private vows
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
The bride and groom will be saying there vows privately during this time, everyone will be able to get them a drink and a snack during this time!
Reception
6:15 pm - 10:00 pm
We will be having dancing, food, drinks, and some wedding games!
Clean up time!
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We have quiet time hit at 10, after that music and everything turns off, we will be doing the clean up afterwards, and we have to be out of the venue by 11pm!!
