There are a variety of Motel, Hotel and Air BNB options in the area! If you're Hayden you might even consider camping! We recommend staying within the Bar Harbor area but the town of Ellsworth is another great option ~20 minutes away.
Because we love it! Kendall did her first year of college at the University of Maine in Orono. Going to Orono for Valentine's day was also the last vacation Austin and Kendall got to take before Covid in 2020! Maine is a beautiful state that celebrates so many of the things we both love and we are so excited to share it with all of you.
You may park at the Bar Harbor Inn- there will be a shuttle bus to and from the ceremony location and the reception will conclude at 9:00pm at the Bar Harbor Inn. If needed for the ceremony, Thompson Island Picnic Area does have free parking.
