After our Sunday church service, Josh drove me out to Girdwood for a hike! We hiked the Virgin Creek Falls trail (where we first exchanged ‘I love you’s’) and when we got all the way up the trail, we crossed the creek and climbed up a boulder in the middle of the creek (which at the time was more of a river!) I was looking up at the falls, and he got behind me on one knee. When I turned around I instantly started crying! This cry fest went on for 20 minutes and I’m not even sure I said Yes! But he got the point😉
