Flashback to late 2012 at VCU Medical Center (aka MCV) in Richmond, VA. Erin had been working there for a few years already as a Registered Nurse and Greg was fresh out of Hampden Sydney College looking for a job that could get him prepared for the EMS world as a paramedic. He was hired (pretty much on the spot, thanks to the first impression he left on the manager...and the dapper suit he wore!) on Erin's floor as a Care Partner (aka nurse's aide) and Cardiac Monitor Tech. This meant that Erin could boss Greg around at work, especially if she was the charge nurse that shift....but we digress. During that time, Erin was in a relationship and Greg was single and they weren't into each other "that way," but that didn't mean they weren't friends! They always had a blast at work, especially when "the cheeches" were working! Many shifts were spent jamming to 90's sing-along tunes, laughing and of course, providing amazing, top notch patient care....duh! Fast forward to late 2013, Greg receives his National Registry Paramedic certification and whisks off to the Richmond Ambulance Authority and eventually becomes a Field Operations Supervisor (Lt.). During the years of late 2013-2016, Greg & Erin kept in touch occasionally here and there, inviting Greg to VCU outings since we all missed him! Many life changes and speed bumps later, they reconnected in Summer of 2017. They decided to give it a shot and explore the world of dating each other....and the rest is history! And don't worry....they still love jamming out to 90's sing-along songs (among much more) and laughing hysterically at the silliest things in life! Cheers!
