We're Getting Married!

Our story began about three years ago at Bethel, with a moment that felt like it belonged in a movie — though maybe the awkward version. We crossed paths going through the same doorway, bumped heads, and Austin dropped the equipment he was carrying. After a quick scramble to pick everything up, the moment ended almost as quickly as it happened. At the time, it was just a funny little memory. But years later, Jehovah brought our paths together again — this time thousands of miles away at the Special Convention in Bolivia. Austin was there on assignment, and Kayla was there as a delegate with her family. We had lived only about 30 minutes apart, yet somehow it took traveling over 4,000 miles for us to truly meet. Kayla had prayed for a good story, and Jehovah gave us one better than we could have imagined. After Bolivia, we kept in touch and quickly became close friends. Our friendship felt effortless, natural, and full of joy. It did not take long for us to realize that what we had was becoming something much more. What began as an awkward little run-in at Bethel became a friendship, then love, and now the start of a life together. We are so grateful to Jehovah for the way our story unfolded, and we are excited to share this next chapter with the people we love most.
