There are almost too many to list. Chautauqua is the move for dramatic views with minimal effort. Golden Canyon State Park is worth a trip if you're aiming rolling hills interspersed with shade. Walker Ranch features quintessential Colorado terrain with several trails of varying difficulty.

The band is touring again?? They have one show Sunday night (5/24) and one Monday night (5/25). A big group, including the bridal party, snagged GA tickets to the Sunday show! shop till you drop
Wander around historic Pearl St. and check out vintage stores, Pendleton, Cotopaxi, or Canoe Club (Austin's favorite). Peruse one of the bookstores if you can afford to add a few pounds to your suitcase.
Kick it at a brewery
Nurse a post-hike beer under an umbrella and see what the rotating food truck is offering at Rayback Collective. If you're up for a drive and want some eye candy (fluffy dogs), New Terrain in Golden is the couple's favorite outdoor watering hole. A Golden Haze for the lady in the visor and a Key Lime Kölsch for the gentleman in the full coverage hat.
stroll the Farmers Market
Start the couple's big day off right. The Boulder farmers market runs from 8 AM-2 PM on Saturdays. Grab a pastry and juice or something. It's self care. Drink some water while you're at it!
