FAQs

The Wedding Website of Tess Crowley and Austin McCord
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please send us your acceptances or regrets by September 7, 2024.

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the McCord residence. We will have a tent set up in the backyard for all the festivities during the reception. We will also have signs around directing you where to park and where the ceremony will be held.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend everyone arrive by 4:15 in order to give you a chance to find a seat!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is pretty casual. Sundresses or jumpers for women and jeans/khakis with a dress shirt for men. Ties and jackets optional. The bridesmaids will be in a long olive green dresses and the groomsmen will be wearing blue jeans with a white button-down and tan jackets. The weather will probably be pretty warm and will cool down slightly after the sun goes down. With the wedding being held outdoors, we just want everyone to be comfortable so don't stress on what to wear!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in the university area. The rooms will be reserved for you to book by September 15, 2024. But you are more than welcome to find another hotel or Airbnb in the area if you would prefer. More information about our hotel block can be found under the travel page on this website.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony and dinner will be served around 6:00pm. We will have a taco bar set up as buffet style dining with all the fixings plus rice and beans. For proteins to choose from, we will have chicken and al pastor (pork). And obviously no taco bar is complete without chips, queso, and salsa!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing beer and wine. We will also have margaritas served with the taco dinner!
