The number of children permitted is indicated on your RSVP card. We ask that children under 5 not attend, and all children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The venue reserves the right to ask unsupervised or uninvited children and their parents to leave.
Unfortunately, due to space limitations we are only able to accommodate for guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Uninvited guest will be asked to leave. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony time is 4:30pm. You can arrive by 3:30, the venue will be open & you can have a drink. The shuttles will be arriving about 3:45. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time to get settled before the proceedings.
**Cocktail Attire** We're embracing the season with a relaxed yet polished dress code. We'd love to see you in sundresses, lightweight separates, or a dress shirt paired with khakis or lightweight slacks. Jackets and ties are entirely optional. Please note: no denim
The ceremony and reception will occur at the same place. There's plenty of parking on site available. If the weather permits we will have the ceremony outside by the pond. You may park down by the pond and afterwards you can walk up to the reception hall or drive your vehicle up! Cocktail hour will be both in and outdoors; there's outdoor seating, games, and fireplaces to hangout by!
Yes, there's plenty of parking! If you take a shuttle back at the end of the night, vehicles will need to be removed from the venue by noon on Sunday.
