Our story starts at the University of Nevada, Reno in the LLC dorms. Austin's roommate was from Samantha's home town, which lead to dinning hall visits together and Walmart grocery runs. Austin and Samantha slowly became friends. With more time, they started to get closer and hang out more one on one. With many adventures to the Truckee river, Lake Tahoe, and Movie nights, they both found out how they liked having each other around. Truth is Sammy always had a crush on him, but never knew how Austin felt, turns out they both felt the same. Although they did not want to ruin their friendship, they wanted to see where their relationship could grow. On October 1st, 2020, Austin and Samantha made it official when Austin asked her to be his girlfriend on a drive back from Lake Tahoe, with Samantha's response being "Sure". For the next four years, their love grew for each other. They spent almost everyday together in college, talked about their dreams and future together. When it came for them to graduate, they did not know that their talk of the future would have to wait. They would be 3 states away until Samantha would graduate and Austin would stay in California working. In October 2024, Austin and Samantha finally made their dream come true of road tripping the United States. Little did Samantha know that Austin had plans to propose. On the first week of their road trip, Samantha was cleaning out the truck and found a little black box, instead of asking she decided to keep it a secret. On October 31st, 2024, Austin proposed to Samantha while on the road trip in Franklin, Tennessee! As you can guess, she said yes and now you all get to celebrate their love with them!
