Rileigh and Austin met in 2016 during their sophomore year of high school in Spanish class. Rileigh had just moved to Midlothian earlier in the year and did not know anyone at school yet. By chance Rileigh sat in front of Austin in class and they soon started working on assignments together and became friends. It wasn’t until winter break that they realized they both had a crush on each other since they didn’t get to see each other everyday like they were used to. When February came around Austin asked Rileigh to be his girlfriend while at dinner after watching the school musical “Grease” that night. Once they graduated high school, they decided to go to college at the same school. Rileigh majored in Business Finance and Austin majored in Information Technology at the University of North Texas. During spring break of 2022 Austin proposed on the beach in Destin, Florida. They have since been together for 6 years and are getting married on April 23, 2023.
