To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 31, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will mark you as a 'no' since we need to provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner.
You can click the RSVP tab above. This is the only way!
The venue is called Blackstone Rivers Ranch in Idaho Springs, CO. Address: 3673 SH-103 Idaho Springs, CO 80452. Coming from Denver: I-70 West to Exit 240 (Mt. Evans/HWY 103). Head South toward Mt. Evans and proceed 3.5 miles. Before you arrive at the ranch, you will see the water department property on the left (6' chain-link fence). Head approximately 1/4 mile past the end of the property and take a left into the 3rd ranch entrance. You'll know you are here when you see the covered wagon with the venue's name on it! Park in the large parking lot and walk across the bridge to the Pavilion area. Side note: if you drive to the Trout Farm, you've gone too far. Turn around, and come back. If you are staying at one of the designated hotels under 'travel,' a shuttle will take you exactly where you need to be!
The wedding is cocktail attire which means a semi-formal dress code but you can also wear formal if you prefer. We would love for you to dress up but also want you to be comfortable.
We will miss you dearly! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP as 'not attending' so we can plan accordingly.
Due to limited space, we can can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be specifically written within the subject line of the email invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.
As much as we love your little ones, the wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of our flower girls.
Yes! The options will be pre-selected, but the drinks are on us! Please bring a valid ID as you will be ID'd during liquor service.
Yes, everything will be outside! The ceremony will be under the sun with possibly some shade, while the dinner and reception will take place under the venue's large tent. Please wear your sunscreen and keep hydrated throughout the day as the elevation is no joke! It is also recommended to bring a light wrap or jacket as it may cool a bit in the evening.
We would appreciate if you arrived 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to assure you do not miss anything. This will also give you time to park, use the restroom, and say hi to other guests.
