Multnomah Falls
A staple visit for the Portland area: the tallest waterfall in Oregon! The best views are a short walk from the parking lot, though for the ambitious, there is a trail all the way to the top too. A timed-use permit is required and can be booked online.
Insomnia Coffee Co - Tanasbourne
Our favorite coffee in the area. Natalie's go-to is an iced real caramel latte and Austin's is a hot Black Forest mocha. Lots of locations nearby but we love the Tanasbourne one! It was just steps away from our old apartment.
Screen Door Pearl District
One of our favorite restaurants in downtown! We ate here most recently for dinner after our engagement photoshoot, though breakfast is excellent too. If you don't end up making it out here during your visit, there is a location inside PDX airport too :)

The world's largest independent bookstore! Enough said.

Natalie's favorite bakery in Hillsboro- the pastries are to DIE for!
Mount Hood Railroad
A literal train ride to the most beautiful winery with a view of Mount Hood on a clear day. We've done this twice and loved it both times!
Cannon Beach
One of Oregon's most beautiful and recognizable beaches, only 60 miles from Hillsboro. We spent our 4-year anniversary here!

A great place for a happy hour cocktail with stunning views of downtown Portland.
