Pine Cliffs Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort, Algarve
The venue offers several accommodation options including rooms in the main hotel (includes Ocean Suites), Pine Cliffs Residence, Gardens, Terraces, Suites, and Deluxe Townhouses. Unfortunately, most of the main hotel is booked out for the weekend of our wedding but there are plenty of other accommodation options on property. For larger groups we recommend looking at the Pine Cliffs multi-bedroom suites or townhouses shareable with up to 8 people. The wedding day ceremony and festivities will take place in the Tabu Garden outside the main Pine Cliffs Resort but all locations on the property are walkable (there is also a little shuttle available around the property). This hotel is adults only and is a 5 minute walk to Pine Cliffs. The hotel only takes reservations 6 months in advance.

Hotel PortoBay Falésia
This hotel is a 20 minute walk to Pine Cliffs via the beach or a 5 minute drive. It's a more affordable option directly next to Pine Cliffs with direct beach access to Praia da Falésia.
Travel Note
House and Villa Rentals
There are a ton of rental properties in the Albuferia area that are either walkable to the venue or a quick drive away on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. We recommend staying near the Praia da Falésia beach as it is close to the venue and a great beach to spend time on.
Flight
Faro Airport
For those flying directly to the Algarve, the closest airport is Faro Airport, which is a 40 minute drive from Pine Cliffs. There are many direct flights into Faro from around Europe, including from Lisbon, Porto, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Madrid amongst others. For those flying from the US, there is a direct flight on United from Newark. On other US airlines, you can book a flight to Faro with a layover elsewhere in Europe. Once you arrive in Faro, both Ubers and taxis are very easy to get you to your accommodation!

Lisbon Airport
Lisbon is one of our favorite cities and is packed full of amazing restaurants, culture and beautiful views. We recommend exploring for a few days on either side of the wedding if you can! From Lisbon, you can reach the Algarve from Lisbon via car, bus, or train. It is about a 2:40 drive from Lisbon airport and there are transfers available to pre-book online. You can also rent a car if desired. By train, there are options from several stations in Lisbon to Ferreiras station in Albufeira, a 15 minute drive from Pine Cliffs.
