They say you'll meet the one when you least expect it, well neither Meg nor Austin was expecting to find their person when they agreed to a Wednesday night date but that's exactly what happened. After matching with each other on a dating website in late 2021 Austin and Meg quickly hit it off, connecting through witty banter, dry humor and embarrassing stories. Austin further sealed the deal with Meg when he revealed he had brought his beloved dog Tiger on the first date. The two fell in love and quickly knew they wanted to spend their lives together. On March 26th of 2023 Austin proposed at Balboa Park on a beautiful Sunday morning catching Meg completely off guard (as she thought he would propose the night before). As the saying goes "when you know you know", for Meg and Austin, there was no doubt.
