Question

What safety precautions are you taking in light of COVID-19?

Answer

Your safety and our safety are our top priority which is why we are taking extra measures to make sure our guests are safe. 1. Our venue can comfortably socially distance 250 guests and we are only expecting 90-100 guests so we can safely distance everyone. 2. Families who live together will be seated together. 3. We will have sanitation stations throughout the venue. 4. We encourage everyone to bring their own mask and we will have disposable masks readily available before entering the venue. 5. We will have the bar and outdoor games available outside so people can mingle outdoors before the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we ask that you do not bring additional guests.

We are registered through ZOLA. Please refer to our registry tab for more info.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy please let us know at least 2 weeks before the wedding so we can let our caterers know.

Is there parking?

Of course! There is parking in the front of the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have one shuttle that will be making two trips from the Mimslyn Inn 30-45 minutes apart and we will give guests an option to shuttle back to the hotel as well. The shuttle back to the hotel will be making two trips as well.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to look and feel their best! We encourage guests to dress in semi-casual attire including: khakis, dresses, button-up shirts, pantsuits, etc. We ask that guests do not wear t-shirts, jeans, sweatpants, flip-flops, joggers, hats, sneakers, or any forms of loungewear.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our rehearsal will be held at our wedding venue. We encourage out-of-town guests who arrive on Friday the 23rd to swing by between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM for a bite to eat.
