Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your babies, we respectfully request no children at the wedding/reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening of celebrating our marriage!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest midi/maxi dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men. Linen is a good option since it is an outside celebration! Please reserve white for the Bride! Our colors are pastels so we’d love to see them on our lovely guests!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can create the most intimate and memorable celebration possible, we request that only guests specifically named on your invitation attend our wedding. Our venue has a carefully planned guest capacity, which we have reached. We appreciate your understanding and support as we plan our special day.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Our wedding will be a dry event with no alcohol served. We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available for you to enjoy!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please arrive atleast 20 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. If you arrive late we kindly ask you wait until the ceremony is over to join us to avoid distractions!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at The Kincaid House is limited. Valet parking will be provided, and while on-site parking is limited, we recommend carpooling or using ridesharing services to ensure a smooth arrival for all guests.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

This is an unplugged ceremony. We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have a professional photographer to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! We can’t wait to share the finished photos with everyone!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! While the ceremony is outside, the reception is under a covered space.

Answer
