We will be living in California after we get married! We love visiting Napa together, and it is a short drive from where we'll be living. Also, most of our guest are coming in from out of town, and many are coming in from out of the country. We wanted to give them more reason to come than just our wedding ;)
Most people opt for rental cars to get to and from the airport, as well as getting around Napa Valley. If you want to minimize rental car time, you could do the following: - Fly into Sacramento or San Francisco on Saturday or Sunday morning. - Get a hotel in the city you fly into. - Get a one-day rental car to drive out to Napa for the wedding and back the same night. If you drive back after the wedding/reception, please be safe! Most people who are flying in know someone else who is coming, so coordinating a car rental + hotel can help save!
