There is no official dress code but we do ask that you resemble garden attire: Wear sundresses, cocktail dresses, and suits in light or dark hues. event is partially on grass so you may want to rethink stilettos!
No. Please respect tradition and do not wear white as that is reserved for the bride.
The weather is usually sunny and warm, but with the off chance of rain, the event will be moved under a tent and umbrellas will be provided for transportation to the restrooms in the main building.
The ceremony is outdoors on a grassy lawn. the reception is also outside but will be under a large event tent.
Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure we start on time!
Parking is right in front of the club, and is FREE! yay :)
The number of seats that are reserved in your honor will be listed on the rsvp card. If you would like to bring and extra guest or two, please clear it with the bride and groom first.
drinks and food will be provided. The food will be a selection of Salads, potatoes, chicken, and some light appetizers. Alcoholic drinks will be provided at no cost for a limited time but will convert to cash and card service only.
Please do not take videos and photos at our ceremony. We hired a great photographer to capture those moments for us. However, feel free to take as many videos and photos at the reception you want!
