Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the lace village in Scranton, PA. 1315 Meylert Ave Building 3, Scranton, PA 18509. PLEASE NOTE: The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, weather permitting, and the reception will be held inside the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at 3:30 pm, as the ceremony will begin at 4:pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No. Due to limited availability, unless addressed specifically, do not bring a plus one.

What should I wear?

Semi Formal attire is expected. ** Tuxedo by Sarno has graciously offered $60 off each rental and %15 off retail. To redeem promotion please mention Brown/ Schimelfenig wedding at purchase, if interested***

When and How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please mail back the reply card found in your invitation. It is already stamped and addressed for you, please remember to fill out your name and send it back by August 1st!

What is on the menu?

Answer

We will have several passed hors d'oevres and a seafood station available during cocktail hour. For the main course there will be a delicious array of carefully chosen stations including BBQ style proteins, seasonal veggies, and an overwhelming amount of carbs (The best part). For desert we will seasonal goodies and a sundae bar available.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar available during the reception for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The bar will close 15 minuets before the end of the event.
